General Civil Cases - Attorney Fees
General civil cases include matters such as demand letters, collection cases, contract disputes, property disputes, libel & slander cases, etc.
HOURLY RATES
Attorney - $400 - $440 (uncontested)
$480 - $500 (contested)
Paralegal - $80 an hour.
BASIC FEES
$1,200 - $4,000 (Minimum) - Demand Letters to settle a dispute
$800 - $3,200 (Minimum) - Prepare Answer for Client to file on their own ("Pro Se") to avoid "Default Judgment" on case
$1,600 - $3,200 - Prepare & File "Answer" to Collection lawsuit and negotiate settlement over 2 month period
$8,000 - $16,000 (Minimum) for Defense in Collections Disputes
$12,000 - $24,000 (Minimum) for all other Civil Lawsuits
