These fees are subject to change without any advance notice. The Gordon Law Firm reserves the right to make changes to fees depending on the specific nature of the case involved, and its complexity. Only when the client and The Gordon Law Firm enter into a specific written contract agreement will The Firm be bound by any particular fee estimate. Rates & Payment Arrangements:
We try to set our fees at a reasonable level to make them affordable to the average person. Even so, we realize that many people typically don't have enough money set aside to pay off an entire case at one time. Therefore, we offer flexible payment plans, and try to adapt them to your needs.
Our fees are based upon the following considerations:
If your case is relatively simple and only takes a few months to complete, the fee will be on the lower end. If your case is complex, and goes on for more than a few months, or has to go to a full-blown trial, then the fee is up on the higher end. If you don't mind waiting a little longer to get your case started, then we can offer you a longer payment plan with less money down up front. If you need us to get started right away and/or show up to court right away, then we have to require larger down-payments.
We accept cash, cashier's check, money orders and personal checks. In addition, we take VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS through our online payment portal link directly below where you see the credit card icons.
